How meet and greet works at Gatwick

Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, linked by a free shuttle train. Tell us which terminal your flight uses and your driver will meet you in that arrivals hall.

To allow for passport control and baggage reclaim, your driver enters the arrivals hall around 30 minutes after landing for European flights and around 50 minutes after landing for flights from outside Europe.
