To help you navigate the terminal and find your meeting point with ease, please consult the terminal maps below.
Driver Arrival & Waiting Times To account for standard customs and immigration clearance, your driver will enter the arrivals hall:

European flights: 30 minutes after landing

International flights (outside Europe): 50 minutes after landing
Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point for 45 minutes after their scheduled arrival. Once you have cleared baggage claim, please proceed directly to the meeting point.
How to Meet Your Driver

Clear passport control and collect your luggage at baggage reclaim.

Exit into the arrivals hall and proceed to the designated meeting point shown on the map below.

Look for your driver, who will be holding a name board displaying your name.
